National Gallery of Armenia

 The National Gallery of Armenia and YeghisheCharents Museum of Art and Literature organize “Art and Literature” Summer School program during the months of June and July 2016.
The program includes sixteen lesson-attendances. The National Gallery of Armenia will welcome part of them, the rest will be held in the Charents Museum of Art and Literature.
Children attending the summer school will study types and genres of art; they will be acquainted with some materials, methods and techniques of painting. As a result, they will obtain fundamental knowledge of art and literature.
The program started on June 7, 2016 with “Creating a Book” interactive lesson. Children were following the explanations of pedagogues Arpine, Ani and Arusyak with great enthusiasm; they were also playing and creating.
Currently, the summer school has five acting groups of 6-12 year-old children. The program finishes on July 30.
