Today, on July 31 the director of the National Gallery of Armenia Mr. Arman Tsaturyan welcomed the ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Germany to Armenia Mr. Matthias Kiesler, the executive of the Cultural Department of the Embassy Mrs. Kuhlmann and the president of the Fund “Cultural Dialogues” Sona Harutiunyan.
