Yeghegnadzor art gallery was founded in 1978. Throughout the activity of this gallery numerous exhibitions have been organized there including the works of both Armenian and foreign artists. These exhibitions had a significant contribution to the development of the artistic taste of people. The reopening of the branch after its restoration coincided with the commemorations dedicated to the writer, miniaturist, sculpture and architect of the end of the 13th and the first half of the 14th centuries Master Momik (1260-1333/39). The works of Momik and his contemporaries were also exhibited at this gallery.
Several exhibitions are being organized regularly. At present the works of the renowned artists of Armenian Fine Arts Anatoli Papyan, Vladimir Sahakyan, Hakob Ananikyan, Babken Kolozyan, Lavinia Bazhbeuk-Melikian, Hovhannes Sharambeyan, Manuk Ghrdyan, Ed. Isabekian, Paravon Mirzoyan, Henrik Siravian, Z. Khachatryan, A. Khanzatyan and others are exhibited there.
